REFUND POLICY

All merchandise purchased from Alpha Unlimited may be returned by mail within 10 days of receiving it, unless otherwise noted below. Additional guidelines are also noted below.

• All apparel and accessories items: 10 days with receipt and merchandise must be unworn, unfaded, undamaged and with tickets and labels attached. Further, if the merchandise was purchased online from alphaunlimited.com, then returned merchandise must be accompanied by the original pack list/invoice.
• Any apparel and accessories to be returned which were originally purchased via credit/debit card, will result in the funds being credited back to the original credit/debit card on which the payment was originally charged.
• Any apparel and accessories to be returned which were originally purchased via money order or cashier’s check will result in the funds being refunded via an Alpha Unlimited Business Check.
• Any Apparel and accessories to be returned which were originally purchased via cash will result in the funds being refunded via an Alpha Unlimited Business Check.
• Any fees for shipping, postage, and handling required for the returning of merchandise must be paid for by the purchaser. Alpha Unlimited will not refund shipping, postage, and handling fees which were not associated with the original purchase.
• All requests for refunds must be submitted via a Refund Request Form which can be obtained by clicking here.

REFUND PROCEDURE

1. Pack/box up the merchandise to prevent damage during the shipping and handling process.

2. Mail the packed merchandise along with a signed Refund Request Form to the following address:

3. After processing of the customer’s request for refund, a Refund Notice will be mailed to the customer notifying them of the action(s) taken to complete the refund transaction.

4. In the event that a refund is denied (due to a violation of Alpha Unlimited’s refund policy on the part of the purchaser), Alpha Unlimited will return the merchandise in question to the purchaser along with a Refusal of Refund Notice outlining the reason(s) for the refusal.
